1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Nav Vivah! These are Terms & Conditions to use this platform. By using the NavVivah platform ("Website/Mobile App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Registration and User Accounts
- Users must create an account to access certain features of the Website.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords.
- If at any point of time NV comes to know or is so informed by third party or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you for registration (including photos) or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, NV shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) your NV membership and forfeit any amount paid by you towards NV membership fee and refuse to provide NV service to you thereafter.
3. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old to register on NavVivah. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
4. User Conduct
- Users agree not to engage in any unlawful, offensive, or harmful conduct while using the Website.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided on their profiles.

6.1. Payment and Membership Plans
- Certain features and services may require payment.
- Users agree to the payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies.
6.2. Refund and Assignment
- The payments made by any NV member by way of membership / renewal fee / auto renewal are treated as non-refundable.
- NV member shall not assign or transfer your NV membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and NV shall retain their right under clause 2 (iii) of this terms and conditions.
- Payment once made for NV services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the Company.
6.3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- The Customer can cancel the Doorstep service within 24 hours of the scheduled visit time & date and seek a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days subject to deduction of GST amount.
- Customer can seek for rescheduling the Doorstep service visit and based on the request of Customer, Doorstep service visit can be rescheduled maximum for three occasions and post which Customer shall forfeit the fee paid.
7. Termination of Accounts
NavVivah reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these terms or any fraudulent activities.
8. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the Website. NavVivah has the right to use, modify, or display user-generated content for promotional purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
NavVivah does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user profiles. Users use the Website at their own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
NavVivah is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the Website.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indore Jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
NavVivah reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.
